Account Recovery
Ask for a link that lets you set a new password.
Enter your username or the email address on your account. If it matches an account we can reach, we will send a link that lets you set a new password.
We invoice for our work separately and directly. This portal and our emails will never ask you to send a payment, a wallet passphrase, a seed phrase, or a private key. We will never ask you for your password, and nobody here will ever ask you to read one out or send it to us.
Check your email
If that account exists and has an email address on it, a link is on its way. It works once and stops working after 30 minutes.
We do not say whether an account exists, so this is the same answer either way. If nothing arrives, check the address you expected it to go to and try the other spelling of your username.
Accounts with no email address on them cannot be recovered here. Contact The Block Audit and somebody will reset it for you.
